With two California locations, FreeDive Shop is a new-concept dive shop totally dedicated to freedivers, freedive and speargun hunters, freedive blue water hunters and spear-gun hunters in general. It was created and launched in October 2002 by Roger Yazbeck, also founder of Picasso America, the only authorized North American distributor of freediving and spearfishing equipment by Picasso Products. The first brick-and-mortar FreeDive Shop opened in Hermosa Beach, California, in January 2003, selling the best wet-suits, free diving fins, dive masks, and other freediving and spearfishing equipment we could find. Today the shop is conveniently located on Aviation Blvd, just one block east of Pacific Coast Highway. Three years later, our freedive family got bigger - and certainly younger and better looking - as Vanessa Difuntorum joined us in February 2006. A few months later, Greg Fonts hopped on board, and a second FreeDive Shop was launched in West Sacramento in November 2006! The spacious new shop measures over 2400 square feet with an 18-foot ceiling.
