Schedule of Events
Tuesday August 1st, 2017 – National Spearfishing Championship 2017 Competitors Meeting @ 6pm
MANDATORY FOR ALL DIVERS – NO EXCEPTIONS – Meeting shall be hosted at the Little River Inn (address below)
Wednesday August 2nd, 2017 – Off Day THE TOURNAMENT ZONE IS CLOSED
Thursday August 3rd, 2017 – US Spearfishing Nationals
7:30 am to 8:30 am – Sign in, Get Ready & Kayak Check on Beach
8:30 am – Competitors Briefing (After briefing, divers may stage at the designated staging area)
9:00 am – Travel Time Starts (Official Time is GPS Time)
9:30 am – Tournament Starts (All divers may enter water)
3:30 pm – Tournament Ends & Travel Time Starts (All divers must be out of water)
4:00 pm – All divers must be back “Inside” the staging area
4:00 pm – Tournament Weigh In begins
Friday August 4th – US Spearfishing Nationals Banquet & Awards Ceremony @ 5pm
